Sandra & Cédric – Wedding

Nothing makes me more happy than to be able to follow up a group of friends wedding after wedding. It is interesting to see how people you crossed roads with evolved, and seeing friendly faces is also quite comforting. I met Sandra and Cédric during an amazing wedding where Cédric was best man a few years ago (well saying this doesn’t make me any younger, but whatever, I will be forever 17 anyway). Being part of their wedding was a real joy.

Everything came together to make it a great day: un cosy castle in the Nantes region, lots of emotions and lots of (happy) tears, tons of energy, a pink cadillac, white sunglasses tailored to party.

Tatiana & Bernard – Wedding

As every couple who are about to get married, they wanted something special for their wedding. That’s what they told me and for a few moments I figured it would be about something common, like the place where they would have the dinner or the colors.

I couldn’t be more wrong.

As soon as they told me that they were big fans of the Back to the Future movies franchise I started to get interested. When they told me they were all about roleplaying games and videogame culture I was definitely hooked.

When they told me there would be a Delorean on the wedding day, I was actually screaming like a fangirl!

Tatiana and Bernard totally embraced the geek culture and they wanted to have all the possible aspects of this in their wedding. They had a band playing videogame tunes and they left  in Doc Brown’s car from the church.

Holy Shit Batman! It had to be one of the awesomest wedding ever!

Sonya & Damien – Aftershoot

After the wonderful wedding day of Sonya and Damien, I had the opportunity to shoot an aftershoot session with them.

We took advantage of the great surroundings where they had their wedding. The objective was to be laid back and have a lot of fun.

This kind of session is always great because it is always more relaxed that on the actual wedding day and it gives me the opportunity to capture something a bit different. I just love when clients want to plan for an aftershoot session.
