Anne-Sophie & Volga – Your Place, Your Time

There’s nothing that screams summer like going to a lake with friends, to enjoy the weather and the cool water while having fun. This was what Anne-Sophie and Volga had in mind when they commissioned me for this photoshoot session. We wanted it glam, fun, and at the same time a bit nostalgic and disconnected from time.

Great summer time indeed.

Sabrina & Pierre – Wedding

Sabrina and Pierre met during their studies in a school in Mulhouse, where they quickly started dating seriously. Early on, they had to build their life together eventhough they had to endure a long distance relationship. Indeed only six months after they got together, Sabrina had to leave abroad for a year to study.

Even with all this, they managed to make it work and their relationship got stronger in the process. They finally tied the knot, after seven years spent together, on a beautiful and sunny day filled with laughter and chatter both in French and Portugese.

I need to confess that this day felt particularly like magic for me, I spent awesome and sweet moments with Sabrina and Pierre and without a doubt I can say that, so far, this is one of the most enjoyable and touching wedding I had the opportunity to document this year.

Tatiana & Bernard – Wedding

As every couple who are about to get married, they wanted something special for their wedding. That’s what they told me and for a few moments I figured it would be about something common, like the place where they would have the dinner or the colors.

I couldn’t be more wrong.

As soon as they told me that they were big fans of the Back to the Future movies franchise I started to get interested. When they told me they were all about roleplaying games and videogame culture I was definitely hooked.

When they told me there would be a Delorean on the wedding day, I was actually screaming like a fangirl!

Tatiana and Bernard totally embraced the geek culture and they wanted to have all the possible aspects of this in their wedding. They had a band playing videogame tunes and they left  in Doc Brown’s car from the church.

Holy Shit Batman! It had to be one of the awesomest wedding ever!
